Nottingham City CCG are looking to re-procure a single integrated Out of Hospital Community Services and this market engagement opportunity is to provide an overview of the forthcoming process and is the opportunity for potential providers to help inform and shape the service specifications. Our intentions are for providers to have a clear understanding of the high level expectations of what Commissioners wish to commission and to utilise the session as a networking opportunity.
This re-procurement is an opportunity to develop new ways of working in line with the Sustainability Transformation Plan (STP) and Multi-Care Specialist Provider (MCP) recommendations and create a new community offer that may include social care, mental health and some planned care/out-patient services as well as the traditional community clinical and physical health services.
Further information is detailed within the Background Document which will be available as an attachment in the Bravo PQQ (see below).
The subsequent formal procurement will be advertised separately and all organisations wanting to participate will need to respond to the procurement advertisement as and when it is published.
Parties who are interested in taking part in this market engagement event will need to complete the short market questionnaire contained within pqq_385 - Market Engagement Exercise for the Provision of Integrated out of Hospital Community
